KNOW ABOUT ME
Hey, I am
Daksh Dixit
Software engineer who enjoys building things end-to-end — from distributed backend systems at Tower Research Capital to full-stack products at early-stage startups. I write mostly Java, Python, and TypeScript, and I'm comfortable across the stack.
I like problems that are actually hard. The kind where you're not just wiring APIs together but thinking about throughput, failure modes, and what breaks at scale. Outside of work, I want to build something of my own someday — not to disrupt anything, just to make something genuinely useful.

Experience
Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative and high-frequency trading firm, known for its independent trading teams and cutting-edge technology platform operating globally across major financial markets.
- •Architected and built an end-to-end Alerting Platform that ingests Slack alert messages, parses them into a structured alert schema, and streams them through Kafka to power a real-time alert dashboard.
- •Implemented bidirectional Slack comment sync on the dashboard, along with incident lifecycle tracking and assignment workflows accessible both via the dashboard UI and Slack emoji reactions.
- •Authored and published Java and Python client libraries to the organization's internal repository, then drove cross-team adoption to enable other teams to emit alerts directly from their source code.
- •Contributed to high-throughput event processing pipelines using RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL with OpenSearch-backed data enrichment and multi-tier caching strategies.
- •Built a configurable rule-based automation engine that reduced manual operations intervention in reconciliation workflows.
TechBrig is a technology company that offers services in product engineering, product design, startup team support, workflow automation, and KPI dashboards, with a focus on helping startups and founders bring their visions to life
- •Designed and built the complete architecture of ARM-Kendra, a Loan Management System for banks and NBFCs, integrating Field Agents, Call Center Agents, and Admins into a unified workflow — with separate mobile apps for agents and a dedicated web portal for admins.
- •Implemented Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) supporting roles such as Case Manager and Agent Manager, along with incremental communication workflows between agents and borrowers and automated report generation.
- •Oversaw end-to-end delivery of the system, including the mobile application and admin web portal, and pitched the platform to the Bank of India at their Mumbai Head Office.

Samsung Research Institute Bangalore (SRIB) is a premier R&D center of Samsung, driving innovation in software and technology solutions for Samsung's global products and services
- •Architected a collaborative front-end interface to automate the generation of access control commands across the company’s database of 1000+ clients, significantly reducing manual workload.
- •Built a conversion framework that transforms front-end input arguments into 5+ types of access control command files, improving process efficiency and output accuracy.
- •Implemented a Local Database Replica view, enabling users to preview the impact of their inputs on the original database before executing commands — ensuring data integrity at every step.
